Shipping Policy

  • ● Orders over ₹999 qualify for FREE shipping.
  • ● Shipping costs of ₹59 on prepaid orders  in any other part of India that are equal to or less than ₹999.
  • ● Depending on supplies, the product's batch IDs may vary, but it will still be 100% original.
  • ● The indicated delivery timeframes are only estimates, and there may occasionally be unforeseen delays that are out of our control. In such circumstances, you will be sent updates on your shipment tracking status page.

Note: Medcart Healthcare will be obliged to collect and host some data and information about the Users for the purpose of providing the Services and for other purposes mentioned in this Policy. Users' personal information is protected by Medcart Healthcare, which makes all commercially reasonable efforts to keep it private.

Cancellations 
Damages: Before filing a claim, a customer who receives a damaged product is required to make an unboxing video as proof and save all packaging materials and damaged products. The consumer must file the complaint within 24 to 48 hours of getting the merchandise; this is very crucial to remember. Please be aware that neither Medcart Healthcare nor Dermaessentia Skin and Laser Center is liable for any merchandise lost or damaged in transit. Authenticity: At Medcart Healthcare, we wish to assure our clients that every one of our goods is 100 percent genuine and bought from licensed retailers. We take every measure to guarantee that our goods satisfy the highest standards for both quality and safety. Additionally, our products have accurate labeling that includes barcodes, batch numbers, and thorough information. This enables us to track the origin and quality of every product, guaranteeing that only the best goods are sent to our customers.

Cancellation prior to shipment: If your purchase or the item(s) you desire to cancel have not yet been delivered, you may email us at healthcaremedcart@gmail.com or give us a call at +91 74000 87878 (10am–6pm, Monday–Friday). When this occurs, we will cancel the order and refund your money to you within 24-48 business hours of receiving your cancellation request. Only three hours after placing your order can you cancel it. We are unable to cancel an order once the cargo has left our hub or the tracking number has changed.

Post-shipping cancellation: Cancellations are not possible once the shipment has been delivered. Since we work with outside courier providers. Since we are a third-party courier partner and cannot cancel the order, all delivery-related questions or problems will be escalated to the courier partner in these situations.

Cancellation due to returned shipment: Should your cargo be returned to us as a result of any refusal from the courier or our customer, the cancellation will be completed automatically, and the payment will be automatically refunded.

Note: If you cancel an order that we have already given to our delivery partner, they may still try to deliver the goods, even though we cannot guarantee cancellation. Please don't accept delivery of the order in that instance.
